Bio:
It was 1959 when I was 4 years old. My folks moved to Glendora because of the good schools and beautiful San Gabriel mountains in our back yard.I graduated from Glendora High School in 1973 and then signed a professional baseball contract with the San Francisco Giants baseball Club one year into college. Knowing that baseball careers are short, I got my Real Estate license when I was 20 years old. When my baseball career was over it was a time when the economy was in a recession and interest rates for home loans were 15% and the timing wasn't right for a young man to start a Real Estate career, So I went into the business world selling Xerox copiers. I used my Real Estate license selling part time and for buying and selling my own properties.
In the early 1990's I lived next door to Jack Turner (Ken Turner's brother) and he was always telling me about the integrity and honesty his brother's Real Estate office had. I knew to be successful and to build a long term Real Estate career that's where I needed to be.
I retired from copy machine business in 2006. I'm now a full time Real Estate agent with Ken Turner Real Estate.
What I love about the Real Estate business is helping people find homes and helping them get what they want.
I still stay active in baseball scouting part time as an associate with the Cincinnati Reds, helping kids believe in themselves and encouraging them to go after their dreams, so maybe I will see you at the ballpark!
